Custom websites you actually own

Most small business websites are built on platforms that charge you every month. If you stop paying, the site goes down. That’s not owning a website, that’s renting one.

I build websites differently. I use Astro (a modern framework that makes sites load fast) and usually Keystatic as the CMS so you can edit your own content without calling me. The site lives on your own Netlify account or wherever you want it. No monthly platform fee. No vendor lock-in.

I like to experiment with different tools too, so if Keystatic isn’t the right fit, we’ll find something that is. The point is: you get a site you own, that loads fast, and that you can change yourself.

My favourite tools

Testing and building tools is what I do for fun. I lean on AI heavily in my own work, and I'm always poking at the newest stuff. So I keep a directory of the software I actually use. Take a look, some of it might help you too.
